Precise 翻譯進度

各位好，

Precise 的軟體介面字串已經凍結，只會有臭蟲修正造成的例外會變動字串。

是時候可以大力翻譯，以及校閱翻譯了。

礙於本人近來學業繁忙，以及本人聚焦的軟體翻譯重心已變動，因此無暇大量參與翻譯，但仍會進我之力於空閒時校閱翻譯。
