Re: You can jump cooking salad

Randall Ross:
Admittedly I don't get the reference to salad.
There was a product for baking puddings that was unsuccessful among
ladies of the house, till the company realized the only reason for that
was ladies felt guilty for doing so little work for making such a good
desert.
So what they did?: they made the product more difficult to bake, by
requiring you to add an egg to the powder. Then the product became a
complete success.
What I want to say with that is our culture of production we usually
have the tendency of thinking that the more work we do the best, when
sometimes what is needed is very little.
I see my mother usually cooking salad, when what I asked for is a raw
salad. As sometimes is disturbing for people to realize there's no more
work to be done for the moment.

In my experience these descriptions require being continually polishing
them for a while, since they are the first thing people will read about
the team and the main foundation for deciding if joining or not.
But if you ask for a good start, I think it can be something direct at
what the team mission is and why this is meaningful for people willing
to join. Something like:

It's short; but already bold, clear and intriguing.

I have just included this into the Social Toolkit
(http://tinyurl.com/lctu572), so no need to mention it in the description.
Team details (http://tinyurl.com/ldybyk7):

I think this can be set at the team's contact address

Thank you.
