Hello Evangelists,

I'm late to the party on this introduction.

My name is Joe Liau. I met a few of you at UDS-R in Copenhagen. I'm
one of the co-conspirators in Vancouver with Randall :P

I have spent most of my time contributing to the local scene in
Vancouver by helping to organize/host events, giving demos, and
evangelizing where I can.

I originally got into Ubuntu near the end of 2005, but didn't fully
immerse myself until 2007 or so. I am into art creation (video,
graphics, music), which has become increasingly better with Ubuntu.

During most of the day I hang out with school students and encourage
them to think critically about the world, and sometimes I even teach
something. I think exposing youth to Ubuntu (philosophy and the rest)
 is important.
