I forgot about this some. Since we've been able to properly structure
team/project ownerships and setup some other things, we're ready to open
up. The ~ubuntu-drupal team is now an Open Team. This team will
primarily be used for this mailing list. We might use some polls at some
point.

I will be scrapping the Drupal 5.x theme. The code will still exist in
the previous revisions. I am going to begin work back-porting the Drupal
6.x theme to this branch. I'm choosing to do this because the d6 version
 is now nearly stable and has been very thoroughly tested.

I'm hoping that converting the d6 version to d5 will be easier than
building the d5 theme from scratch. It was entirely obvious to me the
original d5 code would be impossible to build up to anything decent.
