The Jenkins master responsible for MP testing started having some
instability earlier today, and it looks like it needs to be rebooted.  I've
put the server in shutdown mode, which means any new jobs will be queued
up, but will wait to run until after the restart. I'll wait a bit longer to
let the existing jobs clear as much as possible and do the restart tonight,
probably in about an hour. The restart itself should take no more than 15
min.
