Bug description:
  Currently Autopilot tests work around the location access dialog by
  setting 'TRUST_STORE_PERMISSION_MANAGER_IS_RUNNING_UNDER_TESTING'.
  This is fine but not the right solution in the long run. We should be
  preseeding the trust store instead. Bug Thomas Voß (tvoss) for further
  details.
