I could not agree more. Being free of charge is not the most powerful
features/strengths of Linux, no doubt about that but usually when people
understand a 'free of charge' system is somehow 'better' than what they
used to use all their life, they will be shocked :D

Again, I couldn't agree more. I totally see your point and I know what you
are talking about. Sad but true.
However, this is where we can use our skills and charm to convince people
and explain to them 'the way they think' or 'give them what they want to
hear' ;)

I'm not sure how to get these CDs/USBs but as one of the friends already
suggested, perhaps you can buy that from Canonical Shops?
I'm also not sure if it is legal or acceptable to burn a CD and just use a
CD Cover like this: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/Marketing/#CD_wallet
