Ok, if we do, then I'd suggest we carve the page up differently. Rather
than have time slots, have the segments, and have two roles, one for
carving up a segment into slots, and one for actual transcribing. 

That way we have a nice easy in for new people. They could just listen
and carve up, or they could transcribe, or both :)
