Who (Alan, I assume) declares an episode complete.  I've just been going
through episode 1 and there are a few <unknown> and other bits that I've
edited.  Should I upload them or not.

Not assume this will work as I now get 'This account cannot be used.'
when I try to log in to Launchpad.
