I too would benefit greatly from a quicker way to start a preset.
Double-clicking would be cool, but what about this:
Each timer-applet icon added to the panel can be assigned to a preset,
and the duration of the preset is displayed as a big number over the
icon. Clicking (or double-clicking or something) an icon starts the
timer.
I propose this because I always use many timers of different durations
one after the other, and having them all visible and understandable on
the panel would make things much easier.
What do you think? Is is feasible?
