I'm working on better backtraces in testtools etc, but this needs
traceback to be fixed to do it in the right place(upstream) - so I've
made a traceback2 package in the testing-cabal organisation.

I'm going to just push directly there for now: at least until its in a
more stable state; I don't think there's much value in peer review of
the fixes to the test suite etc to make cPython git master traceback
module work on < trunk. Its in the testing-cabal org because I don't
want to be a SPOF, and if other folk are interested in co-maintaining
it they should be able to do so without pinging me :).
