Add Tamil words in Aspell Spell Checker

Hi
 Here we attached the file consist of 100000+ Tamil words, which is taken
from Tamil Lexicon Dictionary.

 Now Aspell spell checker has around 14000 words, we are going to add these
words in Aspell spell checker.

 Please give your suggestions.
