Hola,

  Just to let you know I just merged Primal's code into trunk. This 
code adds an initial implementation of location URNs according to the 
spec at:
http://wiki.scyp.idrc.ocad.ca/w/Tagin!/URN_Generation

  The code also adds a benchmarking testing tool that will be useful in 
setting some of the parameters of the tagin! SDK before release.

  Note that both features still need more work, but since the more 
important bit (i.e., URN generation) is progressing well, I thought it 
would be a good idea to merge for those of you who may be working on 
applications (e.g., Sara) or the server (e.g., Wanas) so you get a bit 
of a sneak peak of what is coming.

  The work on the SDK will continue to happen mostly on Primal's branch 
for now, so anyone interested in contributing should stack changes on 
his branch:
