Hey!
Please check if the competition advances in an ordinary way if you do not submit a shout?
Does the problem occur only at the closing time of a product which you traded before?
(To check this, submit an order to a later product. Does the time advance until this product or does the error occur earlier?)
There seems to be a bug in the BalanceService which is responsible for aplying punishment costs to unachieved capacity goals.
Because the CompetitionService is transactional this could lead to the described problem.
Bug report will be filed and we are working on this critical issue.
Please answer the questions above to make sure that we have identified
the underlying problem.
