This is not a bug but a feature. The competition notification contains
details of the particular competition instance (e.g. timeslot length,
closing timeslots ahead of time etc.) that might have an impact on the
trading strategy of the agents. Consequently this document is sent out
to all participants at the very same moment (i.e. when the competition
acutally starts).

Status in TAC Energy Demo Agent: Won't Fix

Bug description:
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create a new competition (server-side)
2. Launch demo agent, send ready notification
3. Verify server-side that the client is ready.
4. Click the "view competitions" link on the demo client's first page.

EXPECTED RESULTS

The competition should already be listed since a connection has already been established.

ACTUAL RESULTS

The competition only becomes visible when already started.
