I have one proposal for the second smaller project that we are planning
(first one is the talking xchat plugin). We can use android's speech
recognition (
http://developer.android.com/resources/articles/speech-input.html) to make a
simple voice control system. The only problem is that a lot of users would
not be able to use it. but i think it would make a good application since i
think android speech recognition works well. Here is an example application
