Chrome Talks to ME!

I'm proud to announce that BrowerSpeak*[1]* can now use MARY TTS to dictate
text on web pages. This works on HTTPS and HTTP pages and currently only
works by selecting text and clicking the button. There's a TODO*[2]* in the
repository with possible goals to make this a complete extension for Chrome.
