  Daniel Bugl has already created a branch for the irc bot.
  The irc bot is written in Python. It works with sockets and sends/gets data from the IRC server.
  The messages the bot gets are like: voice::{{var1:2;var2:34;text:Hello World!;voice:83rfh2r09;}}.
- The voice gets an encrypted key by openMary.
+ The voice gets a key by openMary. Probably needed later. For parsing feelings and saving voice keys to know if it's the same person.
