I've made a .deb package before so I'll have a go at making one for
Snakes.

Bug description:
Currently we have no .deb package, this means that installing and uninstalling Snakes will be complicated, it also means users can't use a PPA to keep Snakes updated (bug #635783).

Before we create a .deb package, we need a setup.py (bug #635778).
