Hi Guys!

i just finished the inclusion of a fancy loading animation called 
"infinite progress bar" which shows during the creation of a new 
certificate pair.

Since this operation can take _very_ long (on my netbook up to 
estimated 20 minutes for two 4096 bit keys) i feel that this was really 
necessary.

To be able to implement this feature, i moved the certificate creation 
to a separate thread (which also handles the errors and the 
database-saving). I think our gui code seems a little bit bloated and it 
was certainly not the best idea to make the gui class the main 
controller class. Moving more logic out of it or completely separate 
logic and graphic user interface could be necessary to keep the code 
maintainable in the future.

TODO:

- no exception thrown if port is wrong
- server warnings all not yet translated
- closing of password window via window-button not supported (asks again)
- button "revert changes" is too short
- focus in password field (i'm working on it, but it's a really annoying bug)
