Adde sub profiles for ICT

Good day.

I have added the ICT sub profiles to the packages.xml used bu Ubiquity.

I have also added scubuntu-ict-all to the all seeds file.

As I understand it this is all that is need to build the meta-packages
correct? We are building them automatically from the seeds, correct?

The newer ubiquity is being uploaded and build on the scubuntu PPA RIGHT
NOW.

Should be ready for testing tomorrow.
