Would anyone mind if I re-organized things a bit?  I'd like to move
"sbl.bst" into a folder named "bst" and everything else into a folder named
"latex" to make it easier to describe how to install it on this
page<http://enfranchisedmind.com/wiki/index.php?title=Using_LaTeX_for_Society_of_Biblical_Literature_Style_Papers>.
 It'd also allow me to do a simple "svn co" into my own local LaTeX tree and
keep things up to date simply.
