Greetings to all,

My name is Chad Heuschober and I work with the City University of New York
School of Professional Studies (CUNY SPS).

CUNY SPS is in the process of finalizing an agreement with the New York
City Office of Emergency Management (NYC OEM) to take its current, heavily
modified, installation of Sahana to the next level. This two-year contract
has a number of goals related to both new module development as well as
enhancement of existing features all in an attempt to bring NYC OEM's
custom branch back to the standard releases. As as seasoned FOSS advocate,
I am proud to share OEM's decision to invest heavily in this project as it
intends to open all code that does not compromise operational security.

I am also happy to annouce that OEM's investment has allowed us to open up
a number of positions for this project. A total of nine new positions will
be opened as we staff-up, the first two of which, are currently already
undergoing resume screening. If there are any developers in the New York
City region (unfortunately, we cannot accomodate those who desire to work
remotely) who would like to participate and invest in this worthy cause on
a full-time basis please consider applying at the links below.

Available positions will be:
Application Architect
(http://newyork.craigslist.org/mnh/sof/1396866834.html)
Systems Administrator
(http://newyork.craigslist.org/mnh/sad/1396870825.html)
Database Developer (coming)
Application Developer (coming)
Web Developer (coming)
QA Specialist, Applications (coming)
QA Specialist, Database (coming)
Content / Documentation Manager (coming)
Algorithm Specialist (coming)

As the other positions open I will update the mailing-list as-appropriate.

Many thanks for your time. I look forward to working with all of you in the
future.

Regards,
Chad Heuschober
