Thought I would pass round this update that is up on 
http://ocha.unog.ch/virtualosocc/ (UN's Online Disaster Management Tool)

UNDAC team has met with the in country UN agencies and National Disaster
Management Office. 
It has been agreed to establish Cluster coordination arrangements -
official notification to ERC will follow. 
Main priorities for the next 24hrs: 

1. Support coordination arranegements 
2. Contact key INGO / NGO / bilateral partners and other agencies. 
3. Site vists. 
4. Develop SITREP 
5. Initiate development of IRA process
