New question #191386 on rohc: https://answers.launchpad.net/rohc/+question/191386 hello, I find that when the compressor is in FO state, it will send MAX_FO_COUNT times of IR-DYN packets. However, it seems that it sends UOR-2 packet in FO state only once and then the compressor transits to SO state. Is there something I misunderstand?
