So we haven't released in a while.  Currently the only thing not
working is the Oldroyd-B solver.  I've added some things a sandbox to
try to sort it out but it is taking longer than I hoped.  I'm going to
pull the OldroydB solver out and then release with out it.  Hopefully
cleaning up the code a bit will help things.
