fixed in release 10.05.01 - added default values into the appConfig.xml

Bug description:
SP installation wizard:
1.  the company settings should contain the defaults.
2. the appConfig.xml should be updated to YES for INITIAL_STARTUP_PERFORMED  when the summary screen is displayed, not when the press the continue to login button.
