Re: (a still very rough) distortion GUI program

(Sorry for the delay in response. I've been quite busy lately.)

I'm now realizing that using launchpad as a one-stop-shop for project
hosting is slightly optimistic at this point. It seems to me that the
"teams" are really meant to be development teams, whereas I was thinking
the pinpoint-team mailing list (and therefore team membership in its
entirety) should be open to anyone who'd like to join. Given that I
think pinpoint-team membership should be open to anyone to allow them to
send email to the list, and given that we don't want just anyone
committing to the main development line, I think we shouldn't make my
branch the main development line within the team.

If there was some way to make my branch the main development line from
the lp:pinpoint page, that would be more suitable, I think. But maybe
I'm still mis-understanding something about launchpad...

Anyhow, using a DVCS makes many of these points about who has commit
access pretty moot.

That's fine with me. I'd like to learn the chaco/traits interaction a
bit better myself, and this seems like a good place.

Ahh, many thanks.
