I've created a first draught deb; if everything works as expected then
I'll send across the source files ready for uploading to Launchpad. The
reminder program can be found in System → Preferences → Startup
Applications but is disabled by default.

  ✓  Add link to reformatting script in deb description

  *  Upload deb source package to PPA
  *  Add .deb and .tar.gz to project download files
