  *  Add warning about format change in deb description
  *  Add link to reformatting script in deb description
  *  Build deb source package
  *  Upload deb source package to PPA
  *  Add .deb and .tar.gz to project download files

If you could add the script to the project download files under 0.9 and
then possibly help me with the issues accessing the <pkg> and <deb>
branches. If we cannot fix the branches then I think the only solution
will be to delete and remake them. We'll also need to properly package
the reminder script, so I've added that to the list.
