I've managed to propagate the changes to <code>, but am getting an error
when trying to upload them to Launchpad. I have managed to upload them
as personal branches <lp:~joshbrown/photostory/*> but cannot get them to
upload as project branches <lp:~photostory/photostory/*>.

I'm receiving some error about a lockfile:
'/srv/bazaar.launchpad.net/mirrors/00/05/b5/7f/.bzr/branch/lock'
I have tried `bzr break-lock`, but to no effect.

If someone else could merge the changes over, that would solve the
problem for now (merge requests have been submitted for the branches).
