Status in PP: Fix Released

Bug description:
Hi Dustin,

I just pushed arkeia to Lucid, for both i386 and amd64 (different source packages, same binary package names). This is a migration of the packaging from Hardy along with a new upstream release. I ask that unless you find some real showstoppers that you push this through and add any changes that you'd like to be made to the future packaging here rather than holding up its release as I will be out of town the next two weeks for a sprint, and we like to have packages in the repo day 1 of a distro launch whenever possible. Also, this packaging already passed our old QA process with Steve B., so I don't want the black eye of going back to them and forcing them to change things at this stage in the game unless you uncover something serious I happened to overlook. All that fun stuff being said, here are the known "issues" with the packages:

arkeia:

1.) Ships everything in /opt/arkeia, including conffiles, instead of using /opt/etc. This isn't pretty (neither is the /opt/etc structure IMHO even though it is correct) but we've thus far allowed all of our vendors to do this sort of thing
2.) A minor thing, they don't mark a script as executable. The file probably shouldn't even be in there as it is just an example init script and the package already ships an init script, but not a showstopper in my mind by any means.
3.) They embed their own rsync... I discussed this with them in the past, but as with most vendors, they like shipping their own patched copies of things.

arkobk:

1.) Same as 1 above, conffiles where they shouldn't be

arkpldap:

1.) same as 1 above

arkpmysql:

1.) same as 1 above

arkppostgres:

1.) Same as 1 above

arkwui:

1.) They bundle Zend and dojo; This is common in the Partner world and not likely to change. We are currently working out a deal with Zend, so it *may* change, but doubtful. I have already discussed with them using our packaged dojo, and they said there's, is as usual, patched for their purposes.
2.) Sample init script in this one as well not marked executable
3.) The only real problem I have with this package: opt/arkeia/wui/tmp/sessions/ is marked as sticky and world-writeable so that any user may initiate sessions. We should probably work out a more elegant way moving forward.
