Bug description:
Hi Dustin,

This is another package that passed our platform QA in hardy and is being migrated to lucid.  Here is the linitan fun that is left:

The bundle all of their libs in one package.  Not the most elegant thing to do, but this is what they've chosen.  The soname is not versioned because it isn't linked against - it's a loadable module ala php.

Like most others, they bundle their own copy of fckeditor.  They have been asked to use our packaged version but have declined due to their own mods.
