Bug description:
  Open up the Dash App Lens and search na (from nautilus).
  Both "Files" and "Home Folder" (not sure,  I am on a Dutch pc) will appear.

  Desired resolution:

  - Searching for Nautilus in the Dash should only return 'Home folder'
