Hello, everyone! As I am also submitting a proposal for this task, I'd like to share my 2 cents. Instead of taking time to compile ffmpeg we can use an already working library https://github.com/fyhertz/libstreaming and then stream to any server. It covers most of the low-level video capturing hassle. Evgeny.
