Hi Brian,

Yes, the code is released but we haven't formally announced anything yet because we're still doing some clean up of the templates and color schemes.  It is functional as is though.  Look at the openstack-dashboard project on launchpad.  It's a reference implementation around django-nova.  The openstack-dashboard is specifically what is still being cleaned up.

Once it is prettified, we'll be formally announcing it to the primary openstack mailing list.
