[Bug 486064] Re: NEVER use /usr/local with packages!

- FHS states more than clearly, that a package should touch the directorys
- under /usr/local under NO conditions and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER. This is a
- part of the filesystem for .tar.gz or binary installers. And I don't
- want any package files fooling around there, because people don't
