If you will reproduce this bug, you have to manipulate data directly via 
sql.
Select a child record of undeductible tax with balance attribute, i.e. 
'10AOb'. Record must have field python_compute_inv = 'balance'.
Update field amount = 0 (zero).

Perhaps you could also operate in this way:
Account -> Setting -> Tax, select parent code, i.e. '10AO'; Edit child 
line i.e. '10AOb', change 'tipo imposta' from 'saldo' to 'percentuale'; 
set value to zero; Save record.
Edit again child line and change 'tipo imposta' to 'percenutale'. Value 
will be hidden but, I hope, still remain to zero.

Then, open an openerp session, record a purchase invoice using parent 
code i.e. '10AO'.

You should understand conceptual error, if you carefully look code as I 
reported.
