  Test cases for database upgrade

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  In 1.9.7 we started using a sqlalchemy-migrate to automatically
  upgrade old users' database when the database schema is changed with
  new openlp version.

  I think this is a core functionality and we need to ensure it will
  work everytime. We should have some automated tests for this.
