Bug description:
  Version: OpenERP version 7.0-20130117-002219 (all in one installer)

  Example current wrong path:

  pg_path = C:\OpenERP\Server\PostgreSQL\bin

  
  should actually be:

  pg_path = C:\OpenERP\PostgreSQL\bin

  
  Effect: Database Backup does not work with the wrong path in the openerp-server.conf
