Just a suggestion because I have never used refworks before but have you
checked to see if  it runs on wine?

Another good suggestion would be to try zotero which is a firefox plugin for
website citations. Its brilliant because it keeps a database and can
generate text files in the correct layout that you can just past to the
bottom of your document.
