hi nova-network team,

a couple of quantum-related bugs in nova have reported recently and we'd
love to get at least one or two reviewed for essex-2:

here's a list, representing my thoughts on priority order:

- https://review.openstack.org/#change,2265  : fixes a regression that
clearly breaks QuantumManager with Melange
- https://review.openstack.org/#change,2259  : reported by NTT folks on
openstack ML, error deleting a network with a gateway
- https://review.openstack.org/#change,2167  : already had +2, but needed
to be rebased.
- https://review.openstack.org/#change,2266  : fixes issue found by aaron
lee
- https://review.openstack.org/#change,2253  : fixes a bug where we don't
unplug the old vif when a VM migrates

If anyone has "free" cycles and can pitch in, that would be great. Thanks!
