  Revise suggested values of udprecvsize

Status in Noaaport Broadcast System Processor:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  With the addition of the 5th channel, the suggested values of the
  udprecvsize should be revised since they aee set assuming that there
  are four channels. The files affected are the nbspd.conf file, and the
  example files that are used by the nbspconfigure-dvbs2 command line
  script.
