Dan MacNeil has proposed merging lp:~omacneil/mvhub/update_cron.d_file into lp:mvhub.

Put updated /etc/cron.d/mvhub-cron in version control so the working live file isn't clobbered by old broken file now in version control

removed vestigual (?) stuff from file
