NOTICE: Migrating Developer Databases

Hey All,

I'm sending this as a head's up that I'm going to be migrating the MVHub developer databases from Postgres 8.1 to 8.3. This should hopefully be a smooth transition that won't require any action on your part, but if you start getting weird database errors in the near future let me know.
