Documentation can be uploaded to
http://modred.sourceforge.net/doc/index.html with the upload-docs.sh
script in the repository root, provided the computer on which it is
run has doxygen installed.  Unfortunately, there's something corrupt
about the htaccess stuff, so you have to add the index.html or you get
an error. Sigh...
