Hi All,

Pending completion of the blueprint that I created today regarding a release
plan.  I will be releasing MLHIM 2.1 specifications on 1 May, 2011.

This release will include all the bug reports that are currently registered
as well as any other minor changes that anyone wants to see done at this
time.  Just create a bug report and we will discuss the issue. We really
need this release to be pretty solid.

Though I was planning a 2.0.3 release, the significance of the changes in
the schemas require a higher level release numbering.   This release (as all
will be) are pegged to the version of the schemas.  The documentation will
be updated to match as there are people / time to do so.  Though, a big
improvement with the 2.1 release will be xs:annotations in the schemas.

This will enable the CDD developers to move on with updating the CCD
template so that the CCDs for the various projects can get underway.
