  Shuffling a CCardStack calls srand(...) every time

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  A closer look to CCardStack shows that it resets the main seed every
  time it is called. This significantly reduces randomness in cases when
  many things are shuffled within the same second. The seed should be
  set just once.
