this is how i understand the edits for 12.10 release

you want a wiki editor, to take the 2 current pages, copy/paste them
into comment blocks.
what I don't understand i how I'm supposed to edit in hyperlinks that
I don't have, or why I should be using comments, instead of an actual
page.

If someone with a better understanding of  this task please say so.
I'm also suffering from a lack of enthusiasm for October.
