Public bug reported:

After upgrading to V.883 it still ask's to visit the site to upgrade to
V.883. Just before I went on a vacation out of the country I had
restarted my computer then opened DC++. With it starting I left, when I
got back 3 of my 5 favorites tab were red and looked to flicker. I had
received a 1/2 hour ban from 2 hubs for trying to many times to connect.
But everytime I open DC++ I'm still asked to visit Sorceforge while I
see hubs in red flickering. This is the 1st Version of DC++ I've ever
had this problem with.
